The Florida Commercial Fertilizer Law, Chapter 576, Florida Statutes, require fertilizer companies to report fertilizer tonnage to Florida’s Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, Bureau of Compliance Monitoring on a monthly basis.
The Annual Summary Report of Fertilizer Materials and Fertilizer Mixtures Consumed in Florida summarizes the fertilizer data submitted by fertilizer companies, focusing on the quantity (tons) and grade (N-P-K) of fertilizers consumed for Farm and Non Farm Use.
Farm Use categories may include fertilizers for Citrus Growers, Cattle Ranchers, Farmers, Vegetable Growers, etc.
Non Farm Use categories may include fertilizers for Lawn Turf, Golf-Athletic, Garden, Potting Soil and GH-Nursery.
